- We are a small business. We started in our basement working with other small businesses with small budgets and our one goal was to help each other grow. When we look into the business owner’s eyes we know how much hard work and effort goes into building that brand, just circulating their store in front of people, to getting people in the door and converting people to buyers. We want to help small businesses grow. We want small businesses to do well. We look at it as their success is our success.
- We think there’s something to be said for keeping things small. Keeping things local and making enough money to live a good comfortable life, having the things you need and want without turning into a huge business engine. We love the idea of helping local business owners get business from local people, and have the community support and help each other grow. Chains are great for their own reasons but small business is the American dream.
- We like being able to have relationships with our clients. To call the business owner and say, “hey guess how many followers we have now?” and really show them actual analytics and say has anyone come in your door saying they saw this on Instagram, or they read about this on Twitter, or on my gosh it’s so nice to finally meet you I’ve been following you for months.
- We love connecting people with local business and getting local people to find businesses that otherwise, without social media, they wouldn’t know existed. That’s what we do. We find local followers who matter. Who are going to actually come in the store, meet you, shake your hand buy merchandise and tell their friends about you. That’s how you build a brand.
- We don’t care if you have 20,000 followers or 200 we want quality followers who are going to interact with your content. Who are going to see something on social media and ask you- how much does this cost, ask you if something would look good in their home. Come in and try it on not someone who’s going to double tap just because their scrolling and trolling for followers. We want people who are genuinely interested in the content we’re pushing out for each brand.
- We want to find people who want to interact with you. We want genuine growth for your business. People who see you on Instagram and think I like that vibe I want to go check out that store. That’s a quality follow. Take a look at someone who has 20,000 followers then look at their interaction. With any of their posts, with 20,000 followers, they should have hundreds if not thousands of interactions– if they have genuine following. If not you’re going to see super small numbers interacting with their content. These profiles have numbers for number sake- that’s not the business we are in!
- We love working with the small businesses in the communities in which we live. We love going into those stores and being a customer ourselves. We believe in the brands we represent, which is why it’s easy for us to help market and promote them. We believe in helping other businesses reach success just like we want to be successful it does us no good to simply cash a check without someone being happy and satisfied with the work that we’re producing for them. When we say we help build brands, we mean it. We want to find out from you, the business owner, what you’re looking to do and push. Push out content relevant to that brand that will resonate with quality followers in the local market or if you ship we will find people who are interested in whatever you’re trying to sell.
- We believe in small business. We believe in the American Dream. We believe that anyone who takes the time to go to the bank and get a loan to start a business of their own has a definite heart for the business, and it’s up to us to pump blood through that heart.
When you talk to anyone at South Made we’re local. We’re not outsourcing anything. We believe in having a genuine relationship with all of our clients, getting to know you and your dreams. Helping you succeed in business that’s what makes us different. That’s why we work with small businesses.
